2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information during account creation.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities that occur under their account. Hypno Loops shall not be liable for
any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of a user’s account.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Hypno Loops operates on a subscription model. Payments are handled by the App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your Apple account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including soundscapes and app design, is the property of Hypno Loops.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hypno Loops is provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.
6. Updates & Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms, with users notified of significant changes.
